Orders & Payments:
• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel/refuse orders in case of payment issues, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice; changes will not affect confirmed orders.
Returns & Refunds:
• Products once sold are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and safety concerns.
• Replacements or store credits are provided only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery at info@hartcosmetics.org.
Limitation of Liability:
• H-ART is not liable for any indirect damages, allergic reactions, or misuse of products. Please patch-test before full use.

Governing Law:
