Domestic Shipping (India):
• We ship across India through reliable courier partners.
• Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours of placement (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
• Delivery timelines: 3–7 working days depending on your location.
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be applicable during special offers.
International Shipping:
• We currently ship to select GCC regions (including Bahrain, UAE, Oman, Kuwait).
• Delivery timelines vary between 7–14 working days depending on customs clearance.
• Customs duties/taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking:
• Once shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
• For delays or delivery issues, contact info@hartcosmetics.org.
Returns & Damages:
• Due to hygiene concerns, skincare & makeup products are non-returnable and non-refundable once sold.
• If you receive a damaged/incorrect product, contact info@hartcosmetics.org within 48 hours of delivery with images. We will arrange a replacement or credit note as applicable.
